Consumer dispute resolution

Pursuant to § 36 VSBG, I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Each club is responsible for the website and newsletter it creates with 4clubs. Its details are given in the legal notice of the club's website.

Liability for content

As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages under general law (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block information under general law remain unaffected; liability is only possible from the moment a specific infringement becomes known. I will then remove such content immediately.
